B.A.S.H. CAMERA ARMOR

THEY SHOOT THE CAMERA.

YOU REPLACE A SHELL.

On border checkpoints, military perimeters and municipal networks under cartel pressure, cameras get shot, stoned and beaten. B.A.S.H. armor takes that damage on the outside. The camera, the PTZ drive and the electronics stay sealed, mounted and recording, and a damaged shell or ballistic lens swaps out on the pole in minutes.

THREAT PROFILE

CAMERAS IN HOSTILE TERRITORY DON'T FAIL.
THEY GET DESTROYED.

RIFLE & HANDGUN FIRE

Cartel and insurgent crews shoot down checkpoint and highway cameras first. Ballistic lens modules and heavy-duty polycarbonate shells absorb strikes that destroy a standard dome outright.

ROCKS, BATS, BLUNT ATTACK

IK10 impact protection plus ballistic nylon reinforcement keeps the optics intact through sustained vandalism, not just a single hit.

HEAT, DUST, SALT, VIBRATION

Thermal shells with heater, defog and active cooling, 10 or 12-point floating vibration suppression, stainless hardware. Desert mast or patrol vehicle, same housing.
BALLISTIC LENS MODULES

THE STRIKE STOPS AT THE SHIELD

Optional ballistic and reflective lens modules sit forward of the optics. Rounds crater the shield; the sensor, PTZ motor and internal storage behind it stay mounted, sealed and recording. Reflective options also defeat the visual targeting that makes a glass dome an obvious mark from distance.

  • Ballistic lens module forward of the optics
  • Reflective finish reduces long-range target acquisition
  • Heavy duty polycarbonate shell with ballistic nylon reinforcement
  • Sealed IP68 body — a cracked shield does not breach the housing
SUSTAINMENT

DESIGNED TO BE SHOT.
DESIGNED TO BE REPLACED.

In high-threat deployments the question is not whether a camera gets hit, it's how fast the site is back up and what it costs. B.A.S.H. moves the damage to the cheapest, fastest-to-swap part in the stack.

01

SHELL TAKES THE HIT

The armor is the consumable, not the camera. Optics, PTZ drive and electronics stay mounted on the internal floating cradle.

02

SWAP THE DAMAGED PART

Ballistic lens modules and shells are individually replaceable. No re-engineering the mast, no new camera purchase order.

03

BACK ONLINE IN SAME SHIFT

Standard mount pattern and stainless hardware mean a two-person crew restores the site in minutes, not a procurement cycle.
COST OF OWNERSHIP

ONE SHELL REPLACED.
INSTEAD OF ONE CAMERA REPLACED.

Every hit on an unarmored camera is a full unit loss: hardware, labor, shipping and a new procurement cycle. With B.A.S.H., the damage lands on a component that is stocked on the shelf and changed in the field.

PROTECT THE EXPENSIVE ASSET

The camera, PTZ drive, storage and network gear are the budget line that hurts. B.A.S.H. puts a sacrificial, low-cost shell between that asset and the round.

BUY A PART, NOT A NEW SYSTEM

Damage is isolated to individually replaceable components. Agencies restock shells and lens modules as consumables instead of raising a capital request for a whole camera.

CUT TRUCK ROLLS AND DOWNTIME

A two-person crew swaps the damaged part on the pole. No de-install, no bench repair, no camera left dark while procurement runs its cycle.
